I was very very pleased with the service! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with! The three gentlemen that came to my house work all day long, cleaned up every bit of the mess and hauled it away. Everything was done in one day,!

A wonderful company to deal with! Moving back to Terre Haute less than two years ago I have had both heat and a/c problems. This company installed my furnace two years prior to purchasing my home. When I had a heat problem I called and they went well beyond the standard to help, in less than two hours they were at my door to fix my heat on a weekend, with a more than fair price. Then on Tuesday my A/C died. Again Bay's H&A were at my door with a new unit ready for install and had it replaced and running in just a few hours. And again at more than fair price. I was treated with with great care by all those working for this company! I will use this company for all my heating and air services! It was a privilege to deal with this company. I highly recommend Bay's H & A/C services!!!

bays came out asap when no one else would.they gave me a price on a complete new system.came back 2 days later,after the new system was fabricated .they did a great job.and cleaned up after they were done.5 star rating for the crew

This week we had a new furnace and heat pump installed. The technician came to our home & did an evaluation of our system. A new unit was ordered & was installed this week. Todd & the installers were all very friendly, courteous & polite during the entire process, start to finish. We highly recommend Bay's for all of your heating and cooling needs. Thank you!

Had a new HVAC unit installed last year and couldnt be happier with quiet operation. At this time of year my LP would be down to 40% with the old unit. Checked it today and only at 70%. That is fantastic efficiency. Thank you.

Called Bays for information about our heat pump not maintaining temperature. We are new to heat pump operation. The wonderful woman who answered the call diagnosed our thermostat problem and walked us through the solution. Her brilliant assistance saved us from a very chilly day. Thank you!

My furnace quit working and I called the service department and the came right out. It need parts that he didnt have but within a few hours he came back with parts and fixed my furnace. Great service and very reliable. I highly recommend this company for your service.
